This project was a collaboration between Goose Island UK and AeroFarms to unveil Hail Hydro – a session IPA made from groundbreaking hydroponic hops grown indoors by AeroFarms. This limited time release was part of the Goose Island’s Impossible IPA series – a selection of beers which embrace the creation of new recipes using innovative hops and techniques. My role for this project was to collaborate with the Goose Island design team to incorporate AeroFarms branding and messaging while following the Impossible IPA series brand guidelines.
